Complex Cases

Criminal and Regulatory Law:
Trials and Appeals

Our lawyers have extensive experience acting in complex criminal, regulatory, constitutional and national security cases. In addition to individuals, we act routinely for corporations, governments and regulatory bodies. We bring our collective expertise to every file we handle.

We work closely with our clients. We take the time to understand their needs in order to offer innovative solutions to their problems. We ensure that all options are understood before decisions are made on how to proceed.

We routinely act as trial counsel at all levels of court, conducting both judge alone and jury trials. As well, we are experienced appellate advocates that regularly argue before provincial appellate courts, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada.
